Tv lift

I have a 2022 Crusader 335RLP, the TV is on a lift that is operated by a up/down switch inside a cabinet. It went up and quit. I canít find any info on the lift itself and I need to get it down so I can go on vacation.i pulled a sticker off of the frame and googled the number I assumed is the model number, TV56-087. This is not useful either. I canít even find anything that resembles what I have. I am losing faith in Forest River and Rvís in general. Itís almost easier to glamp in a cabin. Almost. Iíve checked the fuses and GFIís. I do t have a way to the switch. Any advise would be appreciated.

check the up / down switch is working
you could swap the wires behind the switch so up becomes down

check the motor.. for loose wire
There should be access

Here is a install document for one of the TV lifts ... It may give you clues on what to look for ...

PLUS you may be able to remove the TV for travel untill you get it fixed
