Tv won't slide up

I have a 2010 wildcat 25rl power everything. The tv slides up in the rear and it will not slide up anymore. I changed the batteries in the remote. Any ideas on what's wrong? Is there a manual way to lift the tv?

Check fuses for entertainment center. TV uses 12 volt motor to lift to position.

Never had problems with mine so I don't know where the fuse is but mine has a rocker switch on the right side of the tv cabinet that lets me raise it without the remote. I can also take the top cover off by taking a suction cup and lifting it off it just sits on the frame for the tv I think if I remember the fuse is under there to the right side on mine....
Here is the PDF file for it.

Ok the rocker switch works. I totally forgot about that switch. But I can't find the box to reset the remote. They have a piece of carpet covering the wires connected to the radio. Maybe it could be there. I'll check in the am. But the lift works so I'm happy.

On mine it is right next to the rocker switch when the tv is up you can see it there.
Just went out and double checked it an yes it is on the right side cabinet frame and it looks just like the picture on the pdf file.
