I have this tstat and when I have the air on or just the fan on, the fan lo/hi switch doesn't change the fan speed . its always runs on hi. Does anyone else have this issue or am I doing something wrong

Change your setting to AUTO LOW, You should be okay, not much difference between high and low, if you put it to ON the fan will stay on 24/7 ... Also make sure you didn't use the high speed wire connected to the low speed terminal on the stat.... PS: NOW LETS PLAY BALL, CUBBIE YEAR.
