Vibe Android Tablet not connecting

I have a Forest River Vibe Travel Trailer that came with a tablet to control all of the electric items on the outside/inside of the camper. As soon as we disconnect it from the base on the wall, it stops communicating, period. Nothing will work if it is disconnected. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

While docked the tablet is hard wired. When disconnected it uses wifi. Pull down the menu just like any Andoid phone or tablet and check the settings to see if wi-fi is on or off.
Also, there should be a phone app. that also uses wi-fi. Download it from the Play Store and see if it will connect via wi-fi. There should be a SSID name and password stuck to a surface inside one of your cabinets you'll need to make it work.
If neither will connect your wireless hub may not be working.
