Vizio TV back panel access - 2014 Xlr thunderbolt 395amp

I need to access the TV wiring connections (HDMI etc) on my Vizio mounted above the living room door. It appears that the wood trim is literally built around the TV. There are two screws above and two below the TV but several other pieces of wood trim are on the sides and bottom. It appears that the trim may even be glued on. I'm afraid that if I take it apart, it may not go back together well.

Has anyone removed this TV and can offer any advice on how to do this? I'm hoping there's some"trick" to accessing the wiring on the TV that I just haven't figured out.

As those 4 square drive screws are exposed, it appears you can remove them, then the front panel, and perhaps the TV should be removable.

Let us know what you find/have found.
