Warranty service needed

I got my new RV last November. The fan blades in the heater have come apart...found about 10 of them laying inside the heater unit when I took the cover off. My unit in semi-permanently setup at a campground, so I need to have a service repair person come to fix it. My dealership has been less than helpful in providing me guidance on how to get warranty service. Can anyone here help? The Suburban manual says to contact the dealership, not them? Thanks!
