Weird TV Antenna Problem

I have a 2017 Rockwood Roo 23ws. Yesterday turned TV on, ran channel scan, and first channel came up. I turned the directional antenna to get a better picture and it jammed and only turned about 1 rotation. When I pushed harder, the picture went all blue. Repeated channel scans yielded nothing, like I was in the middle of nowhere with no TV reception. I looked behind the TV and saw the green antenna booster light was out. I must have pulled something loose when I forced it. I checked out on top of the trailer and nothing is blocking the antenna from rotating. I am thinking I will remove the housing cover around the manual antenna directional knob and see what I can see. Anyone have this happen? Anyone ever remove the knob cover? Any suggestions?
