What happened?

Parked and winterized camper in the fall A/C was working really well. Now getting ready for first trip this spring and A/C fan blows but not cold. What happened?

Tripped compressor breaker?

It's either just set on fan instead of cool or you leaked the coolant. Can you hear if the compressor is kicking on? I'm not positive on these ac units but I know in cars, if the pressure gets too low, the compressor will not even try to kick on.

I agree with checking the breaker. Also, make sure the temp control is set below the ambient temperature.

Yeah compressor is trying to kick in, but does not. That's what threw me, so compressor breaker? never heard of this is that on unit or or a circuit breaker?
