Winegard Satellite DirctV switch to Dish?

I purchased a 2019 Berkshire 39A and it has a Winegard Directv Satellite on it. I am currently a Dish Network customer and it's $7 per month to add RV. The issue is the Wingard is for Directv. I called Directv they were useless to help me to see how much it would be to add Directv to an RV if I had a home package we just went around in circles (and I thought Dish was bad Directv was horrible) transferred to three different departments finally they said need to go to an ATT store. I think Winegard sells a kit $300-$400 to change the dish for Dish network might just be easier at this point.

If anyone could let me know how much more they pay for a Directv receiver box to add to their home account or any other input that would be helpful
