Winegard Wall Plate

I have a winegard RV-7042 wall plate/power supply, my problem is the 12 volt power is a ciggerette lighter type outlet is to small to accept the plug from any of my electronics. Is this outlet designed for something else?

i believe there is just one size here. sometimes the ground prongs just hang up a little and need a little massage. be sure to keep the amp draw low here..i believe 7 amps or less or they have a tendency to melt down...

K.T; Crockett is correct, it is a one size fits all, I had to use a little force as well. After it is used it becomes normal to plug into. It is a low draw plug as stated, for cell phones or tablets... don't try to overload it, they don't handle it well.
