zx 700 dvd had no picture, but has sound

Hi!
I was looking for some help with my dvd option on my concertone zx 700! The dealer replaced our older 500 model a few months back and since then we have been unable to water h dvds! However we can hear the sound of the dvd playing through our surround system! I however have tried changing all the cords going from the wall to the tv around, but I am horribly technologically handicapped so i decided to seek help lol! We have a vizio tv since our 2008 rockwood didn't come with a tv from the dealer! However that is a.other story! I will try to post pictures of the wall where all the "plates/recepticals" are located, I am limited to cellphone internet while on this trip!

Thanks for any help!
Alecia

Might first check to be sure that the yellow cable is plugged into the TV.

The yellow cord is going from the single tv video out jack on the wall into my tv's video inputed on my av2 and the tv is on and on av2... still nothing!! But it wouldn't have shocked me if I would have had it in the wrong plug! Lol

Just bought a new Salem and can not get my DVD to work either. I can hook an external DVD up to my new Vizio and it works fine. So, it is not the TV or connections on the back of the TV. I can not get my Genesis to provide a video signal. TV input is set to COMP. I have pulled the Genesis out and tried all of the yellow Video Out connections with no luck.

so we took the concertone out of the wall! And all I can say is oh my word! Non of the av2 options for the video in on the concertone have anything in them, none of the video outs (three coming off the back of the concertone unit) have anything attached...., and a rats nest of speaker cords... instead of having cords going to nothing coming out of the camper wall there is an absence of cords to the recepticals..... we shall dig deeper into this mystery pictures to follow

We have rewired all the speakers and we took the plates off the wall and pulled the wires (which were hanging to the ground in the wall) back through to the top! Picture is great sound works all the way around! It was a installer fail by the dealership, whom replaced our broken unit!
