Anyone familiar with I-40 exits in Tenn

Hey all, so in Sept we are going to Imagination Mtn in Tenn from FL. I have gotten a few different routes from Google, and Rand McNally when it comes to which exit to take off of I40. The first one is Hartford Rd to Lindsey Gap Rd to 321. The second is 339 or Foothills Pkwy to 321. And the third is farther north where 321 runs into I40. Has anyone been on these routes, all input is appreciated I am driving a 40ft Class A and possibly a tow car.

IIRC, Hartford road is an easy drive. That would be my first choice. But take Groundhog Rd (32) over to 321, where it splits off of Lindsey Gap.

Its a teensy bit further, but less chance getting lost. Lindsey Gap changes names (Lindsey Gap then Caney Creek)

Thanks Tim, Google did tell me to take Groundhog but it looked a little sketchy because it seems to be a smaller road.

Cool I-40 to US HWY 321... Exit 440 off of I-40

Stay on interstate as long as you can...

It may look like an out of the way route going up through Chattanooga, Knoxville, then hooking east on I-40 out of Knoxville and following it to Exit 440.
But you don't want to get off on any other roads that appear as shorter routes!

I-40 to US HWY 321... Exit 440 off of I-40... Hartford Rd is a good road, really short stretch from I-40 to US 321 and plenty of Fuel, Truck Stop there, Choke & Go and restaurants.

US 321 is better highway for towing, not as many up and down and curves.
US 321 goes right by Imagination Mountain Camp Resort.
Remember you are getting in and around the Smoky Mountains.
Caney Creek is not a wide road. For me to much switching roads and directions going Lindsey Gap, Caney Creek just to end back up on 321.
US Hwy 321 aka Cosby Hwy, Wilton Springs Rd, State Hwy 73 & 32. That Part of US Hwy 321 became I-40 when it was built.

Have a great and beautiful time.
