We're new to Rving and live in western Maryland about 40 miles from Little Orleans campground. We were thinking of going there to "practice" with our Lexington before we hit the road. Here's the question: Has anyone stayed there and if so what do you think of using it to learn?? Any input would be appreciated.
We were there in November 2010. The only concern I would have isn't in the campground but the road leading back to it. There is one heck of turn just before you get to the campground. It's very sharp and a downgrade as well. As long as you take it at about 15-20 MPH you'll be fine. The campground should present no problems for you. Here's few shots while we were in the area.
