Crooked River St Pk--southeast Georgia

We spent this past weekend at this park. It is off of I-95 in southern GA (exit 3, just north of the FL state line). We really liked this park. It is a lovely setting; on the intracoastal waterway of southern Georgia. Half of the campground has secluded sites separated by foliage. The other half is more open. The staff and volunteers were very nice. Bathrooms are older but very clean. We enjoyed a ranger-led pontoon boat ride on the waterway. It also has nice hiking trails and good bike-riding. We would definitely return to this park.
