anybody else know a good time to go?
February 9-16 when we were there the crowds weren't too bad. Most lines had only 15-20 min wait, of course some lines had only 5 min wait and others had 60-90 min. Heck at one point when I checked wait times with the Disney app on my phone "Test Track" at Epcot had 180 min wait!! Also the weather was GREAT when we were there, highs for 6 of the 8 days were high 70's-mid 80s, lows were mid 60s. When we go back in a couple years we are going in February again.

When my kids were in grades that you could pull them out of school without the schools really getting upset, We would go every other year in January and Feburary. Post Christmas and pre spring break, we experienced very short lines and not to many people. The only problem going during that time is that is when they do some ride maintenance and there maybe some attractions closed.

That chart is about accurate as I compare it to our visits throughout the year during past trips (we always skip going during the summer months!)

I can tell you first-hand, Christmas (and between Christmas and the new year) is amazingly insane.

Just booked Ft. Wilderness for spring break next year 3/29-4/5, since our break will be a week later next year, I couldn't rebook my beach site until May 1. Those of you who were there this year, which sites/loops did you like the best? I booked a premium site, but nothing on a loop yet. We want to do Universal this year, but not sure how much Disney we will do as we did a full week 2yrs ago. Any other activities/sites/parks worth the while? I kind of scoured through other threads, but wanted a fresh take from those who were just there. Thanks

We were in the 500 loop. The picture attached is our coach in a premium site.

We live in Mechanicsburg (Harrisburg area.) It is a 2013 that we purchased last August. Just turned 11,000 miles with only a couple of small issues.

September is the slowest month at Disney. Two rules to live by, never go on any holiday or when schools are on break and you will have more fun. I have been to Walt Disney World 20+ times.

there is a long thread named FRF decal/placard on this forum that reflects what some people purchased through the following web site. Oval style is typical, colors and text is up to you.

http://www.makestickers.com/

Lots of pics, including profile pics throughout the site can be used to spark ideas.

Typically February (before spring breakers hit,) and then October (after school starts) are the best months to go. Being "day trippers", and having visited hundreds of times since I moved down here, those are pretty much the only times we'll go anymore. It's nice to have the place to yourself.

Fun!

ETA... I kept trying to type FUN in caps, but it changes it to lower case letters when I saved the post. Weird.
