East Texas to Fort Myers FL

My sister is ill and I am on my way to Fort Myers, FL. If I was in an auto I would go IH 10 to East of Tallahassee and then go South on State Hwy 27 and get on IH 75 in Ocala. Is there any reason that I shouldn't take State Hwy 27 with a 38 foot fiver that is 13 feet high?

We have taken US 27 from US 19 off of I-10 east of Tallahassee to Ocala with our TT many times. It is mostly 4 lane divided with some small towns.

Nice drive and off the interstates.
