Frontiertown, Ocean City MD sold to Sun resorts

Well we just came back from a week at Frontiertown and while we were there heard rumors that they were being sold, well it appears they were sold last Friday according to this article. I hope Sun keeps this great resort going and maybe even make it better. Below is the article.

Man, they kind of have a lock on the full hookup campgrounds in that area now.

They just bought a bunch of yogi bears near us in the past few years. The campgrounds are very nice and received great upgrades but their prices rival Disney ft wilderness. And we're only talking about a splash pad and bounce pillow in upstate NY.

I've noticed they gobbled up a few campgrounds near us as well. Haven't been to frontier town since I was a kid but like castaways a lot. Another one bites the dust
