Good Campground around Greensboro NC

We are taking the kids to Williamsburg, VA for spring break (first week of april). I am looking for a campground near Greensboro for the night on the way up.

Reidsville Lake Campground owned by the town on Reidsville NC is just North of Greensboro. Off Rt 29 nice small campground.

Mayberry Campground is near I77 + I74 / Rt52 at Mt Airy NC (Andy Griffiths hometown & the basis for Mayberry) Nice owners no shade but easy access off the hwy. Lots of history this is just west of Greensboro a few miles......(Good Sam price $30 reg $33.50)

DO NOT Recommend Dan River Campground just off Rt 220 just N of Greensboro near Stoneville NC

I would reccommend Oak Hollow CG in High Point. One of the nicer camp grounds in that area. Welcome to Oak Hollow Campground
Section "C" are the best sites.

Hagan-Stone Park. (County park). 8miles South - off US421. Elec, Water, Dump station.
