Wow! Just have to share this. We stayed at Satterwhite Point on our way to D.C. this summer. What a GREAT place!!!!! HUGE campsites, BEAUTIFUL views of the lake, SAFE swimming for the kids. Wish we could go back every weekend, but it's a little far from south Alabama.
Kerr Lake is in northern North Carolina off I 85, just below the Virginia border.
