We stayed at Bahia Honda and another time at Grassy Keys in Marathon and found it was easier to catch bus for fantasy fest at Marathon as the bus was always filled when we tried to catch it at Bahia love the Keys

We have had luck here:
(They do book a year in advance, around the holidays & winter, but may have a spot or two).

Gated community,marina, pool over looking the water, hot-tubs,

Mix of vacation rentals, RV slots throughout the community.

Not as much $$$ as the bigger RV parks (where you are on top of each other).
