We Love State Parks

Our family loves camping in State Parks. We have owned and camped for 35 years in tents, pop-ups, a travel trailer, and now our 5th wheel. We love state parks. In most cases they have spacious electric sites - at least 30 amp, often 50 amp, good bathrooms. I think it is the spacious sites that draw us most. While good private RV parks are also terrific (we have also done lots of that) the sites tend to be very small - often too small to have a campfire. So I suggest you explore state parks in the area you want to explore.
