Ky to Destin Fl road trip!

We have booked a trip in June to Destin!!! We are making it a two day trip down there and two days back so as not to rush our drive. Any advise on the "must see" sites on the way down and any activities when we get there?

There is the US Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville AL. If you are going by way of I-65 south?

We had planned on staying in Huntsville the first night and going to the rocket museum the next morning.

We live in Harvest, AL a suburb of Huntsville, and have memberships at the Space & Rocket Center. Their is too much to see in just a few hours. I would suggest staying 2 nights in Huntsville.

Naval museum in Pensacola plus aircraft carrier if its still there. Not to far from Destin.
Sea world in destin and gulfarium marine adventure park.
