Staying for a couple days around Toledo, would like to be on the lake, I was thinking of Maumee Bay state park. Any suggestions, be there Sunday- Tuesday.

That is a nice place to stay. May have trouble getting in if you don’t already have reservations.
There are others between Toledo and port Clinton also.
Wherever you end up be careful on route 2 up there. Used to travel every day and we called it the route 2 death lotto with all the semis bypassing the turnpike, people trying to get to or home from cedar point, etc.
