Moose Hillock near Lake George, NY

Has anyone camped at Moose Hillock near Lake George NY yet? We are reserved for Labor Day weekend and I just wanted to see if anyone who has been there can let me know how they liked it. Thanks.

I checked it out in June. It's a beautiful new campground with a large water slide and was very tempted to do a fall weekend package there. I only changed my mind to LGRV park as the water slide is closed after Labor Day as well as the snack bar. Sites are large and private with a unique stone fire pit.
I'll be looking forward to your experience there!

Sites are level and huge. Could have fit 3 motorhomes on the site I had. Very nice pool. Excellent entertainment. I will be going back.

I have stayed a LGRV park as well, but would also be interested in your assessment. The one thing that I especially like about LGRV is that the transportation to other areas is easily and cheaply accessible....which means I don't need my toad.

I liked the trolley at LGRV as well. Moose Hillock doesn't have one.
