Bristol is ridiculously loud. We wear ear plugs under our scanner headsets.

A little late to the thread but we will be camping at the Bristol KOA. DH will be taking their shuttle to the track for the race while I stay at the fiver with the DD and the dog. This was my Christmas present to DH. 1) an awesome seat for the race, 2) he gets to experience the race without having to worry about DD or explain anything to me.

we are going but not camping. Good friend lives right down the street and we stay with him and his wife.
We need tickets if any are floating around.

It's really easy to get tickets from all the scalpers around the track, sometimes at a substantial discount. For the CW and Xfinity races I always wait until start time and get them for about $10 or less. There's an old lady usually sitting at the entrance to the Earhart CG who always has terrace level seats for the main race at or less than face value.

Thanks, he was very happy with his gift. The seat is in the Earnhardt terrace, section S row 3. From the map it looks like a good seat.
