Anyone know when New York will open up to travel . Florida has major decline in Covid but N.Y has not lifted the restriction. Any info.?

Isn't Floriday still 14 day ? Thought I saw on news that Universal Studios and Disney had a huge run of cancellations due to the 14 day Quarantine.

Need to have positivity rate under 10% (which Florida does) and daily cases less than 10 per 100,000 residents (Florida not there yet)
