We have stayed many times in Pigeon Forge, it kinda comes down to what you want to pay. We have stayed at Riverside, River Plantation, Pine Mountain, Riveredge, Camp River Lander(Twin Mountain) and a few more I have forgot about. I hear Anchor Down is nice but expensive. Nowadays we usually stay at Riverside, the sites at the rear of campground are wide apart. We like to stay in campgrounds without trees, we have a Trav’ler on top of camper.
