Spots near Tuscaloosa, AL

Looking for recommendations near (1 hour or closer) Tuscaloosa, AL during football season. There seems to be few viable options. I've found Sunset/Avalon and Lake Lurleen SP. Thanks! (And go dawgs)

Tuscaloosa, like most SEC cities is crazy on home game days. Tailgating areas are mobbed from what I hear. Good luck on finding a CG nearby. Many people tie up local campgrounds a year ahead...for all home games.

To add one other possibility Tannehill State Park in McCalla, AL is 45 min to one hour towards Birmingham just off I59/20. It is also very popular with families and there is a great Trade Day there the 3rd week end of each month through October I think. It may still be tough to get a site . ROLL TIDE !!!
