Tanglewood Campground Winston-Salem
I'm looking at campsites at Tanglewood RV Park near Winston-Salem and wondered if anyone could offer some insights on site selection. There seem to be basically three sections, and I can view the site numbers on the map. Anyone have favorites? Any sites or sections to avoid? Thanks.
