Thanks for the trip report. The pictures were great!

I'm trying to convince my wife that we need to take the camper to Maine. Most of our camping trips have been out west, since our daughter & husband live in western Colorado. We'd be traveling from Austin, TX, though, so at least an extra day driving.

Jim and Ann,

We are looking for routes to Sautee, Ga and/or Franklin, NC from Brandon, MS / Birmingham, AL without going through Atlanta. We were looking at a route through or near Rome,GA. Are the roads doable for a 37 foot Class A going north from I20 to Rome and then across? Thanks for any info.

I think you should be fine. good four lane from I-20 to Rome. from there would be mostly 2 lane with some 4 lane.. Just take your time and use a good trip planner.

Trip report--Arkansas to Maine

Thanks for the trip report. I enjoyed the reports and the pictures. We drove Boston to Acadia by car a couple of years ago and it is such a great area to visit!
