Trip to Assateague State Park ???
We are pulling our travel trailer to Assateague State Park this Friday. F250 pulling a 34ft trailer. Can I have propain(fridgerator) on over the BAY bridge? We will leave from Federic MD around 10AM. Is it best to stay on 50 once we cross the BAY bridge or get on 404? Where is a good place to stop with our rig along the way closer to the destination for Lunch ? - Diesel ?

I prefer staying on 50, but have friends who only go 404. I've only towed on 50. Not that 404 isn't doable- it's just been many years since I drove it at all.
There is a small picnic/rest area that we will stop at. Let me see if I can dig it up on the map.

My wife says it's right near Vienna, MD but I'm not finding it on Google Maps. I'll have her look tonight- she's our navigator most of the time.
I know there's also a truck rest stop/weigh station around one of the interchanges.
But this vagueness isn't help, I know. Let me talk to her and figure out where these things are. Honk your horn as you pass on I-70 between Marriottsville Rd. and 29.

Although some will say never travel with your propane on but, I never shut mine off.

I missed that part of the question. There are no restrictions to traveling the Bay Bridge with propane (on or off). Here's a composite list for the Baltimore/Washington area and their restrictions:

I'm basically the same- it's on from before I leave to after I get back with a few exceptions depending on my route and if I actually know the restrictions ahead of time.
