visiting South Carolina

We are leaving tomorrow after church to go to SC and visit my mother. Full hook up in her side yard. My favorite camping spot. She is 89 years old and I try to visit often. Hope most of the 4th traffic will be gone by then.Plan about a week stay.

here is what happens at 60 MPH on made in china tires. No damage to camper. Put on made in china spare to get home. Actually was a good trip otherwise. Can't believe Forest River allows us to get on the road with these tires to save a few bucks. Other than tires we love our camper. I will be buying 4 new ones before next trip.Click image for larger version

wheel ran off

just returned from a trip and on the way home was flagged over by a car. stopped to find I was missing a complete wheel and a new tire. All 5 lug olts were broken and the gentleman said the wheel went thru the woods about a mile back. Never felt anything and no damage to camper. Actually found the wheel and tire with no damage.disconnected camper and drove 10 miles to a NAPA store and purchased 5 new lug bolts and nuts. Reinstalled same tire and finished trip home. Have no idea what caused it. wheel is not rounded like it was loose all 5 lug nuts with broken bolt were still inside after I removed the decorative cover. no sign of anything that could have caused this failure. I checked all other lug bolts and all were tight. any ideas?
