19DBXL and issues with Eaz Lift 1200 wdh and sway control

Greetings, I have a 2016 Chevy Suburban Tow Vehicle and a 2020 wildwood 19dbxl trailer. Chevy has auto leveling and stabiltrak. We have now had 4 incidents with the eaz lift 1200.

1. Turned out of Wendy's onto 4 lane going left and the little ball on the hitch snapped in half. (Replaced ball, dealership says it happens sometimes.
2. Going about 70 miles an hour in a straight line we heard and explosion and pulled over and the sway bar had basically exploded. (pulled into camping world, which was 4 miles away. They said sway arm was designed for passanger side, but mine was on drivers side and that was the problem. However read instructions and they suggest to take friction arm out and turn over for drivers side.
3. Friction arm bent while traveling down interstate
4. Ball on trailer broke off the plate driving up interstate this weekend at about 65 miles an hour.

Starting to wonder what hitch I need and if the auto level and stabiltrack are causing this. Camping World, dealership, and rv lot all scratching their heads as to the problem. Any ideas or suggestions for a wdh and sway control?

Not a fan of the old tech chain WDHs with old tech friction anti sway bar.
They cost more but I recommend any of the newer tech WDHs with integrated sway control, like the Equal-i-zer. No chains and no separate anti sway bar.

I have an EAZ lift 1200 too and hate it. I've had a bunch of issues with mine. I'm surprised they're rated as highly as they are on Amazon.

When you talk about the ball the broke off on the trailer, are you talking about the sway control ball? Or the main tow ball?

Is there anything impeding travel of the sway bar from side to side, such as a mount to store the tow chains?

Gravelrider, yes the small sway ball snapped in half, The main ball was fine. there is nothing in the way of the sway control arm.

I have had one sway arm ball break off but I think I put it in a bind backing up. No I don’t take them off every tome I need ti back up but I do keep a better eye on the back up camera looking for binding.

Sounds the ball was stressed and fatigued in an earlier situation and finally broke later when it was just under normal circumstances.
