Travel trailer tows level with ball at at 18.5. Worked fine with old Ram 1500. Suggestions on how to get back to 18.5. With current 6 wdh drop shank the lowest I can get the ball is about 24.
You don't show GVWR or actual tongue weight of your trailer or the size of your receiver tube (2", 2.5" or 3")
If it is standard 2" receiver tube and trailer is under the weight ratings something like THIS SHANK might do the trick. If the measurements you gave are accurate it should get you to 18" instead of 24".

What type of drop do you have on your WDH if you use one?
If asking me, I dont have a WDH I currently own a 5th wheel. I measured to the center of my receiver installed on my truck. When I owned a TT I used a 4pt equalizer hitch i was able to use it on a 2011 2 wheel drive 2500 2014 Tundra 2 wheel drive 2014 F 150 4x4 and 2016 F 350 4x4 SWD the standard shank covered all the difference in height.
