2509 S Mini-lite Rockwood Slide Jams

My daughter just bought a brand new Rockwood Mini-Lite 2509S. As soon as she brought it home she put the slide out, lowered the stabilizers. She put the slide back in that night. The next morning the slide would not go out. She raised the stabilizers and it would go out. She repeated the steps and it jammed again. The service man from the RV store came out and manually moved the slide by using the wrench to turn it a couple of rounds and from that point it no longer jammed. He said it if happens again he may need to replace the actuator. Has anyone had this problem and if so what did you do about it.
