5th wheel tripod for Andersen hitch

I know the reviews on a 5th wheel tripod king pin stabilizer are mixed but my wife would like to try one. We run an Andersen hitch so I need a stabilizer jack with a gooseneck ball on top to fit the Andersen adapter. I find stabilizers for gooseneck trailers but they are too short for a fifth wheel. Any suggestions? Perhaps an adapter to add a ball on a conventional tripod stabilizers?

We used a standard king pin tripod tightened under the Andersen ball cone and it works great. Never had it loosen up once I tighten it up.

I have the Anderson hitch as well. I opted for the Steady-fast approach, that way I do not have to do anything at the pin itself. They are more of an investment, but once installed, they can be set in the time it takes to walk around the trailer. Less to clutter the storage bays or the bed of the truck as well.

I like those. Just ordered a set for my 5er. Thanks for the info.

I have one under my PullRite Superlite #2600 king pin which is similar to the AUH.
