ACME EZE Tow spare tire mounting
I just replaced the 10 inch wheels and bias ply tires with ST145 R12 tires. (wheel and tires from Amazon for about $175 shipped).
I would like to use of the old wheels/tires as a spare. I purchased a spare tire carries that mounts to the dolly frame - the problem is that the spare tire,when mounted, hits the frame so won't work.
What have people done to mount a spare tire on the EZE Tow? The link below is the one I purchased - it would need to extend the tire outwards by about another 1.5 inches.
Carrying a spare in the motor home or car is not going to work.
