Adapting hitches

Does anyone know if I have a eaz hitch with round spring bars, if I could get only two Reece round spring bars to fit into the eaz hitch so I can get the Reece dual cam sway bars to put on my trailer instead of buying the whole Reece hitch with sway bars?

I don't think those are interchangeable, but not 100% certain. Now if you are switching to a Reese Dual Cam, you will need the bars, the cams, the snap up brackets, and the head unit. You might could use your shank, (the part that goes in the tube with the head bolted to it). By the time you buy all of this individually, it might be cheaper just to buy the whole assembly.
