Aftermarket Pinbox Suggestions

I'm new to Forest River products as I've been with SOB for several years. I'm going to be getting a new 33IK Silverback mid March. I'd like any conversation on a better pinbox in place of the Lippert 1621 ... 5th Airborne ... Mor Ryde ... Trail Air. Secondly will Lippert OK a change or will it void the frame warranty or do they care?

Trail Air with Tri Glide.

I can't imagine anything that isn't a gooseneck conversion would void warranties. And even that- people say there are one or two gooseneck adapters that are allowed.

I had the Trail Air Tri-Glide on my last rig. It was great to reduce chucking but the ability of it to slide back and fourth could lead to a loud clunk/bang when you took off from a light. It was also huge and very heavy adding over 100# to the pin weight of the trailer. This time around I'm going with a Reese 5th Airborne. It is the same shape as a 1621 so it can fit under the factory hitch cover and only weighs 100#. Lippert has no problem with any of the pinboxes you mentioned and they actually manufacture the Trail Air brand. As greenhead said, the only thing they don't approve is gooseneck conversions. Although, they do approve the Reese Goosebox...
