You've got it in the wrong place. You need to move it down to the bottom 4 bolts so you can attach a bike rack to the top 4 bolts.

I retired from a metal recycling business and I saw a guy bolt a straight hitch to his bumper hitch using a long shank ball. Drill 2 holes into a 8 inch piece of 2 inch square tubing and connect a 6 inch drop hitch turned up so he could hitch up a trailer to take care of the sag on his TV. His pickup bed was always full of scrap metal which he wanted to keep. Had a permanent sag even when he wasn't towing his car hauler.

Read #11... told you. That's my setup and I did it because 'dem was the shortest bolts they had and that kick butt BOGO reflector deal that could not be passed up. Tell me you don't like my reflectors
