Another 'Weight Police" thread starter-----

Saw this in a local department store parking lot today.

A Ram 1500 and a LOOOOOOOONG trailer. Don't think there's much, if any, more rear suspension travel.

Another look:

At least the trailer is level, sort of. I think they turned the drop shank upside down so the trailer a-frame didn't drag on the pavement.

But hey, the truck salesman said it could tow the trailer. The trailer sales person agreed.

Not sure why the real police even let rigs like this on the highway

Doesn't look like there's much *front* suspension travel left, either! (well there's still some sidewall flex on those front tires....)

Kind of does to me too. Bed seems to no longer match lines of cab.

He apparently doesn't know how to properly adjust that WDH.

He may not have a wdh. If they are like 90% of the campers out there they will make it the 40 miles from home. Sit there for a week and 40 miles back for their seasonal big trip and be just fine.

It’s not right but it’s what they have. Let’s go camping!

He had a WDH but it, like the truck's rear springs, was straining.

The right truck

A problem easily solved with the right truck!
I saw this at the Furnace Creek campground in Death Valley.
