Towing and carry weight are important

You have to also look at how much weight a vehicle can carry. This is hitch or pin weight of the camper plus people and anything else yo u put in the tow vehical. Most vehicals will tow much more than they will carry

8 person tow vehicle

I don’t know if GM still makes one but the only TOW vehicle that might even come close to what you want out of ss bumper tow vehicle is the diesel version of the Suburban.

Duraburb, Inc is your best bet for that.

GM doesn't, but I understand that Duraburb has a relationship with GM and they'll build you one.

Here is some eye candy.. https://www.motorauthority.com/news/...chevy-suburban

Ford E350 Super Duty passenger van

This van seats up to 15. Might do the trick.

I used to tow my old Coachman TT with a 1989 Dodge Ram B350 16-passenger van with a 400 motor in it.

That thing was a trailer hauling beast!

Only got to use it for towing for six months and it got toasted in a rear-ender while sitting at a red light!

The only issue I had with it was that long piece of rear end that sticks out behind the back wheels.

Trailer hitch always hit the curb when backing the trailer into my side yard, plus it made the rear of the trailer drag in the grass and rocks when I got the rear tires of the van up on the sidewalk!

This is it the next day after the accident:

Why not ? When I am on the flat that diesel doesn’t even know the trailer is there.

Cake and eat it too

There isn’t a vehicle out there to tow 12,000 and haul 8 people. Your going to have to go to 2500 to pull 12K.
