WOW. That is a question that will fill this forum. Everyone has an
opinion- basically folks think the hitch they have is the best.

You need to define best and we need to know what you are towing and with what.

I liked the pullrite superglide when I had a shortbox(6'5) now have a longbox so I sold it at 1/2 the price I had paid.

If you need a slider, get a manual.

Less to go wrong/break.

fifth wheel

I noticed that some pivot left to right I have a curt and the moment left to right is very little it seems to me when you are on uneven roads that if it pivot that it wouldn't make the truck lean , it would be independent from the truck

better fifth wheel hitch

Sure, my Hensley tows better than a fixed hitch.
Why wouldn't it.
It's on air bags.

Manual slider.... Only slides when I want it to.
The auto sliders, slide on every single turn.
They have to have gobs of lube on them, to keep them working.

I have a dry lube plate.

Haven't seen a hitch that didn't have side to side movement (5th Wheel)

I have the pull rite autoslider and you won't see gobbs of lube on mine. About 10k on it in 3 years. Not one issue!

That's all I use. It's what pull rite recommends

My RBW didn't have side to side movement.
It's one of the reasons it sits behind the barn rusting.
