Keystone, did you happen to buy the truck from Brenengen in Sparta? If so who was your saleman?

I saw that truck the other night when I was looking to see what was out there for F250/350s. If your truck would have been 4wd I would have been down there looking at it!

We have bought a couple vehicles through Scott at Brenengen Ford in Sparta. I had talked with Matt on the phone when we were looking for my wifes Escape, but he was out sick the day we went to look at it and bought it through Scott.

x2 on this. Congrats on the new to you truck. You will love towing with it.

I think allot of people would have been in line to buy it if it was 4wd! I'm fine with 2wd.

They seem to move allot of vehicles there. I'll keep them in mind in the future. Bit of a drive for me at 150 miles but ended up being worth my time. And I got to have supper at Buzzard Billies in Lacrosse!

Buzzard Billys does have some great food, I usually try to save room for an ice cream cone from the Pearl Ice Cream Parlor across the street, but that is easier said than done!

Also love riding out of West West Salem, over the Mindoro cut to Top Dawgs in Mindoro. If you haven't been there and like burgers you need to get there. Something like 110 different burgers on the menu!

You will love----------

I also have a 2 wheel drive only, Don't plan on using it off road and primary for towing my fifth wheel.

Has been very few upgrades between 2011 and the 2014 I have. Maybe better brakes and some minor changes in the engine. But I know you will be happy with it.

Good luck with your "NEW F-250"

Congratulations on a great truck!! Love the fact that it's low mileage. I got my Silverado last year with only 15K on it, felt lucky to have found one with low miles too!

I have driven past Tog Dawgs a few times but never ate there. Its only 15 miles from my house to Mindoro, but being that it kinda in the middle of no where we just don' think about going there. A couple more good places to eat if you are in the area again are Red Pines in Brice Prairie (on Lake Onalaska) and Sullivans in Trempealeau.

I'll have to file those places in my places yet to eat file!

I find my self on the other side of the creek several times a year. Spend a long weekend every year in May at Veterans Memorial in West Salem. Will be there this coming year again.

Very nice man. Looks just like mine except mine has the 4 full doors. I'm up to 65K on mine, and only one issue with the DPF sending unit. Replaced under warranty. Have fun.

Picked my truck up this afternoon. Told them on Saturday that I would be there around 2:30. I arrived at 2:25. Part of the sale was to put 4 new tires on it that I wanted and I was keeping the ones on it as they only had 14k on them. So I walk into the finance office, go through the paperwork etc. Then I had to wait about 10 minutes for my sales guy to show. So it is now about 3:00. He tells me that they just started putting the tires on. Takes them an hour to mount and balance the 4 tires. Then I find out that they decided that cleaning and fueling the truck could wait until after the tires were put on. So it's almost 5 pm before they have my truck ready for me to depart. And they acted as if I was trying to rush them. Pretty sure I wall get one of those surveys in the mail soon. Brenengen Ford in Sparta, WI might not like what I have to say. I know sales folks and dealerships can get busy. but when someone gives you a heads up on Saturday that you will be picking it up on Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 you could at least have it ready when they get there. I can excuse the tires. They had to order them. But not cleaning and fueling it....

Really like the truck though. Averaged 17.3 mpg on the way home bucking a wind and pulling hills on the 150 mile trip home.

Keystone, Awesome truck. You will enjoy the heck out of it. I had the exact same truck except it was a short bed. If it had been 4x4, I would still be driving it, but I've never been good at seeing the future, and life changes, so I wound up swapping mine in for a 2016.
Do you know what the rear axle ratio is? My 2011 had the 3.31, but the new truck has the 3.55. Interesting thing is that the 2011 had more 'snap' to it than the new one does. Maybe being 4x2, there were fewer moving parts. That truck would actually accelerate pulling 12000 lbs going up a 7% grade. I was always amazed at the pep it had.
Don't get me wrong, this F350 will naturally haul butt, but my impression was that the older truck was quicker.
Enjoy...

It has the 3:31. I found the original sticker inside of the owners man! That was an "option" under preferred package 603a.
