Can a F150 do this?
New to the forum. Not sure if this is the place to ask a question, but I'm interested to know if anyone uses a 2018 or newer F150 4x4 with the 3.5 ecoboost, twin turbo to pull a 6600# trailer while hauling 2500+ pounds of equipment, including passengers?

Tony, you would probably get more info if you started your own thread but there is no F150 rated to handle 700lbs tongue weight (your trailer) and a payload of 2500lbs.

Agree, there's NO 1/2 ton truck capable of this scenario. Not even a F150 3.5 Ecoboost with the Heavy Duty Payload package and Max Tow package.
That's 1 ton country.
Also, your previous posts state you own a 2019 2608BS. There's no way that trailer weighs 6600lbs. Its fictional dry weight is 6836bs. It's also very tongue heavy with a fictional dry tongue weight of 946lbs.

I dont have 2500 lb cargo capacity in my Ram. Any f150 would be overloaded with 2500lbs of cargo.

Technically a 2018 base model regular cab 2 wheel drive F150 HDPP could have a payload of 2500lbs.
But the OP's TT would easily have a loaded tongue weight over 1000lbs.

As others said, it’s simple math: 2,500 + 1,000 = 3,500. You need a truck with at least 3,500 lbs of payload capacity. 3,800 lbs would probably be a safer bet. You’re nudging close to DRW territory.

I'm a bit confused. Are you hauling a 6500lb trailer PLUS 2500lbs of gear and people in your truck or is it trailer with a GVWR of 6500lbs with 2500lbs of stuff in it?

Actually, he's hauling an 8,000 lb trailer plus 2,500+ lbs of people/gear. He states "2500+ pounds of equipment, including passengers," and I assume he's not putting passengers in the trailer.
The 6,500 lbs was his estimate of a trailer that actually has a 6,800 lb fictional dry weight. Add ~1,200 lbs and his "6,500 lb trailer" is going to be an 8,000 lb trailer.
8,000 * .125 + 2500 = 3,500. See a couple posts above.
It's so over-the-top silly to ask this of a 1/2 ton that I just assume it's a trolling attempt.

As others have said, based on the cumulative payload you will be over 3K and probably closer to 3500 as was mentioned. My 3500 diesel SRW has a payload capacity of 4450 If I remember correctly.. You are way beyond 1/2 ton and probably all but the most bare 3/4 tons.

I have a pretty good payload for an F150 with 2440 lbs and I would never consider that much. The highest F150 I’ve seen is 2800lbs. That is definitely 350 / 3500 territory. I’ve seen RAM 3500s as low as 2700 lbs.

Your Ecoboost has more torque thAN MY 5.0l v8 f 150. i HAD NO PROBLEM WITH A 32 FT., 7,400 POUND tt LOADED. mY TRUCK WAS RATED 9,300 LBS. YOURS IS RATED HIGHER THAN THAT. i PULLED IN THE NORTHERN sIERRA nEVADA.

The OP owns a Tundra, not a F150 EcoBoost.
Not sure how your post addresses the 2500+lbs of payload issue AND a 1000+lbs of tongue weight.

For Info: Our 2008 Ram 3500 Cummins TD SRW has a listed payload of 2696 and a Curb wt of 7404. On the highway, set the Cruise to 63 MPH, put it in tow/haul and steer.

I towed a 9500 lb 2013 Rockwood 32 ft Fifth Wheel with my 2013 with a Maxed out 2013 F 150 3.5 l Ecoboost. I had 1950 lb cargo weight and I was over by close 800 lbs. Not fun, did it but it. I bought a F 250!

Tony, everyone says no, and they are right, but they don't show you the arithmetic in simple form.
The first limit you will hit is "payload." Look at the yellow-and-white sticker that's on the door frame of the driver's door. There will be a statement like "The combined weight of passengers and cargo should not exceed xxx Kilograms or yyy pounds."
Let's say the sticker number is 1800 pounds. (You can look at the sticker to get your exact number.) 2500 pounds is out of the question.
Let's say you meant to write 1500 pounds of passengers and cargo.
Now we add a trailer. The dry weight of a trailer is misleading. It doesn't include the battery or propane tanks and propane because those are added at the dealer. Note that the battery and tanks are on the tongue so most of that weight will be shifted to the truck. And it doesn't include gear or any options you have ordered. Let's say the real weight of the trailer is 7000 lbs. For typical safe loading 10-15% of the weight of the trailer should be on the hitch (truck). Call it 12% or 840 lbs.
You would never attach a trailer of that weight without a Weight Distribution Hitch. If you were to hook up to a simple ball, the back of the truck would drop, the front would rise, and there would be no weight on the front tires. When you steered, the truck would not follow the turned wheels--it would be like driving on ice. The weight distribution hitch transfers some of the weight to the front wheels. Most weight distribution hitches weigh around 80 pounds.
So now you have:
Passengers and cargo: 1500 lbs
Tongue weight: 840 lbs
Weight distribution hitch: 80 lbs
Total: 2420 lbs
Truck Payload is only 1800 lbs.
