Class C Owners: What Rock Guard for Toad?

We have a Sunseeker 2350 Class C and are in the process of installing a Roadmaster All Terrain tow bar and base plate on our Nissan Versa. On a Class C, it doesn't seem that there's any simple way to add an extra rock guard underneath and I don't want to attach to the bumper. This leaves three options:

  1. Mesh screen that goes over the tow bar (i.e. Roadmaster Tow Defender)
  2. Plastic cover in front of toad (i.e. Roadmaster Guardian)
  3. Add on mudflap or brush system that attaches to the tow bar where it goes into the hitch (i.e., like the Towtector)
Do you have any preferences for style or strategy when towing a car?

My Sunseeker 2440DS has mud flaps behind the rear wheels. I added 36” Rock Solid flaps, mounted just ahead of the rear bumper on each side. When towing the car, I add a center Rock Solid flap, a third section, so the flap extends across the width of the rear. I don’t notice any new rock chips in the car as a result of toad duty.

The Rock Solid flaps are reasonably priced but you are on you own as to how to mount them. Also, I hate that big white Rock Solid logo on the left side of one flap, so I bought two sets, cut off the part with company logo and threw that part away. It looks much better as just black flaps.
