Yes, but not from a shop. I'd bust out the manual and would figure out how the adjustments should be. No one is going to care like you're going to AND it's good knowledge to have.

Measure TT frame to level ground, front and back as well as the TV.
That will tell you the accurate setting.

That doesn't look right. The tail on your TV looks down and the hitch on the trailer is high. I'd get a refund. They didn't set that up right.
Trailer should be level. Go to a large level lot and do the following:
Unhook the trailer and measure the height of the ball to the ground on your Expedition.
Then level the trailer and measure the distance from the top of the hitch to the ground. The amount of drop you need will be obtained by subtracting the two measurements. I'm going to bet you need to go down a hole or two (if you have it). If you don't you may need to purchase a longer drop shank. I have an Escalade and had to buy a 12" drop for mine. Amazon has the best price.
Here's a video that does a good job. The Fastway e2 is identical to your hitch and the setup process is the same. https://youtu.be/5_kbKyXRZTM

Per the Equalizer set up manual set the ball height and tow ball height the same. The trailer weight will then press it down. Then by adding washers adjust the spring bar angle to bring the trailer back up to level.

Equalizer has a great website with a lot of good information on how to set your hitch with your TT &TV. Just go to their website and check out the videos (there are a bunch of them). When I first got mine and the dealer put it on wrong, I wound up calling them directly and they were more than willing to help me set it up correctly. It has been a great hitch.

Hard to get a refund if you were not charged anything. That is sort of what made me believe everything might be OK.
I had an appointment specifically to look at my setup. 30 minutes later the guy came out, said he checked it all out, drove it and recommended I keep the setup as is.
When I asked him how much for the visit, he said, no charge. He didn't feel right taking money when nothing was done.
I'm going to the RV Dealer where we purchased the trailer on Wednesday for some work. I will have them look at the setup and see what they say about it.
Thanks for the thoughts everyone!
Ron

While towing the 2,000 miles, did you notice any trailer sway/wag. Aside from being level, the TT weight front to rear is also important. Too much weight to the rear of the axles will cause swaying. There is a 60/40 rule that seems to work. Sixty percent of the weight forward, forty percent to the rear. That's one reason trailer axles are never in the center of the length.
As others have said, the best measure on a level surface is the golden rule-a measuring tape. The TT frame is a flat line front to rear. Measure from the ground to the underside of the trailer tongue and write it down. Measure from the bottom of the frame at the far rear and write that down. Subtract the lowest number form the highest number and divide that by 2. It will be the measurement for the required drop of the ball height. For instance, hypothetical numbers, the front measures 18" and the rear measures 14". The difference is 4". Divided by 2 and the number is 2". That is the distance the ball height will have to be reduced to level out. If it falls to partial inches, go to the next lowest.
As it appears now, there is more weight on the back axle than on the front. That puts more stress on the rear axle tires and brakes and less braking grip on the front tires. If you are not swaying, it may be because more weight is on the rear axle.

That is only true if the trailer has torsion axles. Leaf springs with equalizers don't have that issue.

X 50 or so!!!!!
Looks high on the tongue like others have said. Watch some videos and read the manual. Usually local auto parts stores will rent you tools if you do not have any or all the correct ones. Good luck.

Now make sure you have the bolts nice and tight. That can be a bugger if you don't have an impact wrench.

What you see is fully loaded. It actually sits 1 inch high unloaded.
