Electric Tongue Jack Level

I have a RAM 3500lbs electric tongue jack. It has a bubble level mounted on the top of the jack and it is way off. I have searched the internet for a manual or instructions for how to calibrate it with zero luck. Anyone have any thoughts about how to accomplish this? I have already tried loosening the 3 screws that hold it in place hoping that they would make the adjustment, but that failed. Your help appreciated in advance.

I had one on a Barker Hi Torque 3500 and I think you are on the right track with the 3 screws. If I remember correctly, it was somewhat spring loaded or floating and the screws got it back into level once your TT was previously level
