Flat Towing a Hybrid Fusion or MKZ (Front wheel drive)
Anyone flat towing a newer Fusion/MKZ Hybrid. My Brother-in-law is looking at buying a 2019 to pull behind his Super C. The Ford/Lincoln manuals state they can be flat towed.
He was talking to a REMCO hitch installer and was told they no longer recommend towing them and removed them from the recommended list because they have started seeing transmission problems. Three in the past three months.
Motorhome magazine says Yes. Factory manuals say Yes. Car dealers of course say Yes. REMCO now says No.
What first hand experience or knowledge is out here?
