Flatbed towing

I am switching my truck bed to flatbed. Has anyone used the adaptors from fifth wheel to ball. My fifth wheel is a 38fl6 cedar creek.18000 loaded.

Many of the folks around here use the gooseneck adapter on their 5th wheels so that they can tow both horse trailers and 5th wheel with the same truck.

i use anderson ranch hitch , about 450.00 you can install it your self, remote cable lock, . i took mine off a while back took 1/2 hour , it screws on a threaded piece that clamps to standard f/ wheel head. you need to spot weld rim of goose head to hitch , they come unscrewed if you dont. bolting is also a option but it is a lot of drilling. i am on my second trailer with this set up. some bucking on rough roads, but not bad. if you go ranch hitch, make sure locker is on driver side , not rear of hitch. dall beats up locker slot and causes a locking burr to form , grind slot it fixes it easily.
